Birleşmiş Milletler Engelliler Merkezi Projesine Cumhurbaşkanı Desteği

DMW Uluslararası Diplomatlar Birliği’nin Vizyonu Türkiye’yi Küresel Bir Merkeze Taşıyor

Dünyada engelli bireylerin haklarının korunması, sosyal yaşama tam ve eşit katılımının sağlanması ve uluslararası farkındalığın artırılması adına atılacak en önemli adımlardan biri olarak gösterilen Birleşmiş Milletler Engelliler Merkezi Projesi için tarihi bir süreç başladı.

İstanbul Boğazı’nda kurulması planlanan Birleşmiş Milletler Engelliler Merkezi, yalnızca Türkiye için değil, dünya engelli politikaları açısından da örnek gösterilecek bir uluslararası merkez olma özelliği taşıyor.

Projenin hayata geçmesiyle birlikte İstanbul, engelli hakları, erişilebilirlik, eğitim, sosyal kalkınma ve uluslararası iş birliği alanlarında küresel ölçekte önemli bir diplomasi merkezi haline gelecek.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’dan Destek

DMW Uluslararası Diplomatlar Birliği Başkanı ve iş insanı Halil Sert, Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın grup toplantısına katılarak yürütülen çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verdi.

Gerçekleşen görüşmede Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’ın, DMW Uluslararası Diplomatlar Birliği tarafından yürütülen çalışmaları takdir ettiği ve projeye yönelik olumlu yaklaşım sergilediği ifade edildi.

Halil Sert yaptığı değerlendirmede, Birleşmiş Milletler Engelliler Merkezi'nin Cumhurbaşkanı'nın desteğiyle İstanbul’da hayata geçirilmesi için çalışmaların hızlandırılacağını belirterek şu mesajı verdi:

"Türkiye, engelli bireylerin haklarının korunması ve geliştirilmesi konusunda dünyanın örnek aldığı ülkelerden biri olmaya devam edecektir. İstanbul’da kurulacak Birleşmiş Milletler Engelliler Merkezi, insanlık adına çok büyük bir kazanım olacaktır."

Senatör Serkan Bayram’ın Öncülüğünde Hayata Geçecek

DMW Uluslararası Diplomatlar Birliği’nin güçlü desteği ve Senatör Serkan Bayram’ın öncülüğünde yürütülen proje, engelli bireylerin uluslararası platformlarda daha güçlü temsil edilmesini amaçlıyor.

Kurulacak merkezin; uluslararası konferanslara, eğitim programlarına, sosyal projelere ve engelli hakları alanındaki küresel çalışmalara ev sahipliği yapması hedefleniyor.

Aynı zamanda merkezin, farklı ülkelerden uzmanları, diplomatları ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarını İstanbul’da buluşturarak yeni iş birliklerinin önünü açacağı belirtiliyor.

Halil Sert, “Bu Proje İnsanlık İçin Bir Sorumluluktur”

DMW Uluslararası Diplomatlar Birliği Başkanı Halil Sert, projeyi yalnızca bir yatırım veya kurumlaşma çalışması olarak görmediklerini belirterek, bunun insanlık adına üstlenilmiş bir sorumluluk olduğunu vurguladı.

Sert, “İstanbul’un kalbinde kurulacak Birleşmiş Milletler Engelliler Merkezi, milyonlarca engelli bireyin sesi olacak. Bu proje, eşitlik, erişilebilirlik ve insan onuruna verilen değerin somut bir göstergesi olacaktır. Cumhurbaşkanımızın desteğiyle bu hayalin gerçeğe dönüşeceğine inanıyoruz” dedi.

Türkiye Küresel Bir Merkez Olmaya Hazırlanıyor

Dünya diplomasisinde etkinliği her geçen gün artan Türkiye, bu projeyle birlikte yalnızca siyasi ve ekonomik alanda değil, sosyal sorumluluk ve insan hakları alanlarında da öncü ülkeler arasındaki yerini daha da güçlendirmeyi hedefliyor.

DMW Uluslararası Diplomatlar Birliği’nin öncülüğünde yürütülen bu tarihi girişim, İstanbul’u engelli hakları konusunda dünyanın en önemli buluşma noktalarından biri haline getirecek ve Türkiye’nin uluslararası itibarı açısından yeni bir dönemin kapılarını aralayacak.

İstanbul Boğazı’nda yükselecek Birleşmiş Milletler Engelliler Merkezi, yalnızca bir bina değil; umut, eşitlik, erişilebilirlik ve insanlık vicdanının sembolü olacak.

Presidential Support for the United Nations Disability Center Project

DMW International Diplomatic Union’s Vision Positions Türkiye as a Global Hub

A historic process has begun for the United Nations Disability Center Project, regarded as one of the most significant initiatives aimed at protecting the rights of persons with disabilities, ensuring their full and equal participation in society, and increasing global awareness on disability issues.

The United Nations Disability Center, planned to be established on the Bosphorus in Istanbul, is set to become not only a landmark project for Türkiye but also a model international institution in the field of global disability policies.

Once completed, the project will transform Istanbul into a major international center for diplomacy, disability rights, accessibility, education, social development, and international cooperation.

Support from President Erdoğan

Halil Sert, President of the DMW International Diplomatic Union and a prominent businessman, attended President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s parliamentary group meeting and provided information about the ongoing initiatives.

During the meeting, President Erdoğan reportedly expressed his appreciation for the work carried out by the DMW International Diplomatic Union and demonstrated a positive approach toward the project.

In his statement, Halil Sert emphasized that efforts to establish the United Nations Disability Center in Istanbul would be accelerated with the support of the President, saying:

"Türkiye will continue to be among the countries that set an example for the world in protecting and advancing the rights of persons with disabilities. The United Nations Disability Center to be established in Istanbul will be a tremendous achievement for humanity."

To Be Realized Under the Leadership of Senator Serkan Bayram

Supported strongly by the DMW International Diplomatic Union and led by Senator Serkan Bayram, the project aims to strengthen the representation of persons with disabilities on international platforms.

The center is expected to host international conferences, educational programs, social initiatives, and global projects focused on disability rights.

It is also envisioned as a meeting point where experts, diplomats, and civil society organizations from around the world can come together in Istanbul, fostering new partnerships and international cooperation.

Halil Sert: “This Project Is a Responsibility to Humanity”

Halil Sert, President of the DMW International Diplomatic Union, stressed that the initiative should not be viewed merely as an investment or institutional project, but as a responsibility undertaken for the benefit of humanity.

Sert stated:

"The United Nations Disability Center to be established in the heart of Istanbul will become the voice of millions of persons with disabilities. This project will stand as a concrete symbol of equality, accessibility, and respect for human dignity. With the support of our President, we believe this vision will become a reality."

Türkiye Prepares to Become a Global Center

As Türkiye continues to strengthen its role in international diplomacy, this project is expected to further reinforce the country's leadership not only in political and economic fields but also in social responsibility and human rights.

Gençler Ve Kadınlarda Dikkat Çeken Yönelim: Zafer Parti Etkisi

SER-AR Anketinde Zafer Partisi Sürprizi Yüzde 8 Sınırına Dayandı

Türkiye siyasetinde dengeleri değiştirebilecek yeni bir tablo ortaya çıktı. SER-AR Araştırma'nın 16-18 Haziran tarihlerinde gerçekleştirdiği son genel seçim anketinde Zafer Partisi yüzde 7,9 oy oranıyla dikkat çeken bir yükseliş sergiledi.

Anket sonuçlarına göre Zafer Partisi, İYİ Parti'yi geride bırakırken MHP ile arasındaki farkı da oldukça daralttı. Siyasi kulislerde bu sonuçlar, "milliyetçi seçmende yeni bir merkez mi oluşuyor?" sorusunu gündeme taşıdı.

Genç Seçmende Dikkat Çeken Hareketlilik

Son yıllarda özellikle düzensiz göç, sınır güvenliği, liyakat ve milli egemenlik konularında yürüttüğü söylemle öne çıkan Zafer Partisi'nin genç seçmenler arasında görünürlüğünü artırdığı değerlendiriliyor.

Üniversite gençliği ve ilk kez oy kullanacak seçmenler arasında sosyal medya etkisini güçlü kullanan partinin, geleneksel siyaset dilinden uzak iletişim modeliyle yeni kuşak seçmene ulaşabildiği ifade ediliyor.

Kadın Seçmende Yeni Arayış

Siyasi gözlemciler, özellikle Atatürkçü, laik ve Cumhuriyet değerlerine bağlı kadın seçmenlerin son dönemde farklı siyasi alternatiflere yöneldiğine dikkat çekiyor.

Özellikle güvenlik, milli egemenlik, laik Cumhuriyet ve Atatürk ilke ve devrimleri konularındaki net duruşun, kadın seçmen nezdinde karşılık bulduğu ifade ediliyor.

Siyasi çevrelerde yapılan değerlendirmelerde, kadın seçmende oluşan güven ve sempati artışının Zafer Partisi'nin son dönemdeki yükselişine önemli katkı sağladığı belirtiliyor.

Cumhuriyetçi ve Atatürkçü kadınların siyasette daha güçlü temsil ve daha kararlı bir duruş beklentisinin, Zafer Partisi'nin toplumun farklı kesimlerinden aldığı desteği artıran önemli unsurlardan biri olduğu vurgulanıyor.

Özellikle son dönemde ortaya çıkan siyasi tablo, kadın seçmenin yalnızca seçim sonuçlarını etkileyen bir unsur değil, aynı zamanda yeni siyasi yönelimlerin belirlenmesinde de önemli bir rol üstlendiğini gösteriyor.

Milliyetçilikte Yeni Dönem Tartışması

SER-AR'ın paylaştığı değerlendirmede, Türkiye'de yükselen milliyetçi eğilimlerin CHP'den uzaklaşan seçmenlerin bir bölümünü Zafer Partisi ve İYİ Parti eksenine taşıdığı vurgulanıyor.

Bu tablo, Zafer Partisi Genel Başkanı Ümit Özdağ tarafından uzun süredir dile getirilen "milliyetçi seçmenin yeniden yapılanması" tezini güçlendiren bir gelişme olarak yorumlanıyor.

Siyasetin Yeni Sorusu

Henüz seçim süreci başlamamış olsa da ortaya çıkan sonuçlar, Türk siyasetinin önümüzdeki dönemde yalnızca iktidar-muhalefet ekseninde değil, milliyetçi seçmenin yeni tercihi üzerinden de şekillenebileceğine işaret ediyor.

Zafer Partisi'nin yükselişinin kalıcı bir siyasi dönüşüme mi işaret ettiği, yoksa dönemsel bir çıkış mı olduğu önümüzdeki aylarda açıklanacak yeni araştırmalarla daha net görülecek.

Ancak bir gerçek var ki; son anketler Zafer Partisi'ni artık siyasi denklemin kenarında değil, merkezindeki aktörlerden biri olarak tartışmaya başladı.
